Phase One of Senior Bridge consists of two and a half buildings providing 40 non-congregate transitional housing units for homeless seniors. Each building houses up to 16 residents, with every unit designed for privacy, safety, and accessibility. All units include a fully accessible private bathroom, individual climate control, fire sprinkler protection, a bed, and personal storage. The design prioritizes accessibility, safety, and personal dignity while creating a stable environment for residents transitioning into permanent housing.
